Students are issued a Berklee Card upon check-in and registration for his/her first semester at Berklee.  Each student is responsible for keeping his/her card for the duration of their time at Berklee.

Berklee Card Account

The Berklee Card features a prepaid spending account – the Berklee Card Account - enabling students to make cashless purchases at many campus locations and popular local businesses.  It is designed to help students and parents manage spending at Berklee and eliminate the need to carry cash around campus. There are no charges for adding value or using the Berklee Card Account -- it’s a service provided compliments of Berklee College of Music. 

To ensure that you and your student are getting the most out of the Berklee Card program, encourage them to register their account and set you up with Parent Privileges .  It only takes a minute and once completed, you and your student can manage the account 24/7 - check balances, add value, request funds, view transactions, and more.
