Use of Accounts

The Berklee Card enables students to access both your meal plan and Berklee Card Account. Each account must be funded prior to use and has unique rules for acceptance and the roll over of funds (see the summary chart below).

Berklee Card Account

The Berklee Card Account is a prepaid spending account offering a safe and convenient way to make purchases on and off campus. It is designed to eliminate the need to carry cash. You or your parents must make a deposit to Berklee Card Account prior to using it for purchases. Value in Berklee Card Account rolls over every semester and year for as long as you are a member of the Berklee College of Music Community or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.

Meal Plan

All resident students are entitled to block plan meal access at the Dining Hall. Students living on or off campus may choose to purchase a voluntary meal plan with a guaranteed number of meals per week or semester plus Debit Dollars.
